Gaming Attendant

We have an exciting opportunity for a Gaming Attendant to join the team at The Club in Caroline Springs on a Casual basis.If you enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, providing outstanding customer experiences, and being part of a supportive team, this could be the perfect role for you. As a Gaming Attendant, you’ll help create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests while delivering exceptional service and maintaining presentation, compliance and responsible gaming standards at all times.The Club is a premier dining complex situated in Caroline Springs and has become a great venue within the community. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional approach
  • Creating a welcoming, safe and enjoyable gaming environment
  • Handling cash and operating tills accurately and efficiently
  • Supporting venue promotions and loyalty program enquiries
  • Responding to customer concerns professionally and escalating where required
  • Maintaining the cleanliness, presentation and ambience of the gaming room
  • Supporting responsible gambling practices and providing information when required

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous gaming or hospitality experience is highly regarded

 

Essential Requirements

  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
  • Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) Certificates
  • Current Gaming Licence
  • Do Food Safely certification, or willingness to obtain
